Five request types, two channels

If your issue is linked to an order or physical node, use a portal ticket first. The ticket includes account context, so our technical team does not need to confirm order ownership by email.

Pre-sales requirements

Six procurement details in one email

Pre-sales assessments focus on workload, resource peaks, duration, and network location. Do not provide login credentials, project files, or payment details.

Pre-sales email structure

Team size
State how many people will actually connect to the node and whether it will be used by multiple people in shifts. A dedicated physical machine does not guarantee an identical simultaneous multi-user experience, so concurrency should be planned in advance.
Main workload
Choose from iOS/macOS development, CI/CD, AI inference experiments, audio production, or system testing, and describe the most time-consuming typical task.
Preferred model
Choose Forge M4 (16GB / 256GB), Studio M4 (24GB / 512GB), or Atlas M4 Pro (64GB / 2TB). If unsure, provide peak memory usage and disk data volume.
Rental term
Specify daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly use and the expected start date. Short-term release sprints and long-running fixed pipelines require different term choices.
Candidate regions
Choose only from Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, and the US East, and state the city or approximate area where most users connect from.
Additional requirements
State whether you need +1TB SSD, +2TB SSD, or Thunderbolt 5 linking, and estimate the cache, model, or build-artifact volume that must remain on the node.

Technical issue form

Establish the timeline before submitting reproduction steps

Submit technical issues through the portal. The node ID and order context help support distinguish between local network, authentication configuration, single-node status, and regional connectivity issues.

Required

Minimum diagnostic information

  1. Node ID Copy the ID from the node details in the portal; do not write only “my M4 node.” If the issue involves an order configuration, include the order ID as well.
  2. When the issue occurred Include the date, local time, and time zone, such as “2026-08-08 14:20 UTC+8.” For ongoing issues, include when they began and when they were last reproduced.
  3. Connection method State whether you use browser remote desktop or SSH, along with the client operating system and client version. Authentication keys are not required.
  4. Error summary Include the error code, failed stage, and key log lines. First remove usernames, addresses, tokens, project names in paths, and other sensitive content.
  5. Reproduction steps List the actions, expected result, and actual result in the order they occurred. Also say whether the same actions ever succeeded and whether retrying changed the outcome.
Tip

Add evidence specific to the issue type

Node unreachable

State whether your local network can access other sites, whether the target address came from the current node details, the node status shown in the portal, and the test result from another network.

Browser desktop issue

Provide the browser name and version, the approximate time the page went blank or disconnected, the resolution setting, and an error screen with sensitive information removed.

SSH authentication failure

Provide the username, the structure of the client command parameters, and the error text. Never submit private-key contents; if the public key must be checked, provide only the non-sensitive portion specified by staff.

Build or performance issue

Provide tool versions, task duration, peak CPU and memory usage, remaining disk space, the failed stage, and cleaned log excerpts.

Create a technical issue ticket
Portal path:Log in to the portal → Tickets → New ticket → Select “Technical issue” → Link the node and order. If the node is completely unreachable, still submit through the portal so the account and order association are retained.

Billing support

Use the order ID to identify every charge

Billing checks are based on the order items and term shown in the portal. Do not provide only a payment date or amount, since one account may have multiple orders with different terms.

Include in the ticket

  • The portal order ID and corresponding billing ID.
  • The item to review, such as the model, +1TB SSD, +2TB SSD, or Thunderbolt 5 linking.
  • The daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly term used for the order.
  • If the payment status differs from what the portal shows, provide when it occurred and a redacted status record.
  • Clearly state what you want checked, such as “Does the additional-storage term match the host term?”

Standard billing terms

Billing currency
US dollars (USD)
Crypto payment
USDT-TRC20
Card payment
Visa / Mastercard / Amex via Stripe
Actual gateway
Use the available gateway returned by the backend at portal checkout
Portal linking is faster

Start a ticket from the billing item

Path: “Portal → Billing → Select an order → Submit a ticket.” This directly links the model, rental term, region, and add-ons, reducing the need to verify the order again.

Do not submit complete card details, verification codes, wallet-control credentials, or other payment credentials. Billing checks should focus on the order ID, items, term, and payment status.

Response expectations

First-response targets and follow-up process

The times below are targets for the first human response, not resolution times. Actual handling time depends on whether the issue can be reproduced, whether hardware checks are needed, and whether the information provided is complete.

Request type Recommended channel First-response target Initial checks Possible follow-up

Node unreachable Portal ticket Within 2 hours Node status, regional connectivity, authentication stage, and most recent successful connection Time of occurrence with time zone, local network tests, and error summary
Other technical issue Portal ticket Within 8 hours Reproduction steps, client environment, resource metrics, and log summary Cleaned log excerpts, tool versions, and task timeline
Billing question Portal ticket Within 1 business day Order items, billing term, payment status, and billing ID Redacted payment status record and the specific disputed item
Privacy request Support email Within 3 business days Request scope, account email, and applicable data-processing context The minimum information needed for identity verification and confirmation of request scope

After receiving your request

We first confirm the category and its order or account association, then determine whether there is enough information to begin checking. Misrouted tickets are transferred to the correct queue but may require one additional internal handoff.

If more information is needed

Our reply will clearly list missing fields, such as the node ID, time zone, or reproduction steps. Continue in the original email or ticket instead of splitting the issue into multiple separate requests.

After the scope is confirmed

Support will explain the current assessment, next checks, and any information still needed. If hardware status or external network conditions are involved, the completion time can be confirmed only after the checks.

Privacy reminder before submitting

Submit only the minimum information needed to diagnose the issue

Email and tickets are suitable for order IDs, node IDs, timestamps, error summaries, and cleaned logs. They should not be used to transmit project secrets or access credentials. If further verification is needed, support will specify the required fields and security boundaries.

Private keys and passwords

Do not paste SSH private keys, account passwords, one-time verification codes, access tokens, or key-file contents.

Payment credentials

Do not submit complete card details, verification codes, wallet-control credentials, or any secret that could be used to initiate a transaction.

Project source code

Do not attach a complete repository, unreleased product files, or customer data. Use minimal, sanitized logs and reproduction details instead.

Logs and screenshots

Before submitting, redact usernames, addresses, tokens, repository names, customer information, and sensitive filesystem paths.

Next step

Have an existing order? Link your ticket from the portal

Use the portal first for node, order, and billing issues. Send configuration assessments before ordering and privacy requests to support@macworker.com. Choosing the right channel and including the requested details helps us begin the actual review sooner.
